Definitions:

· Session times include setting up and tidying away time.
· The special 2 hour rate only applies if the whole booking falls within one of the session times
· Non-commercial village bookings are defined as which are not for individuals private gain (for example family parties and celebrations) and are made by a resident of Worlaby or organisation whose registered address is within the village.
· regular users are defined as repeat bookings of 8 or more per year.
· Village fund raising events are defined a raising funds for a charitable or not for profit organisation based within Worlaby.
